淄博**網(wǎng)訊 （全媒體記者趙曉雯 通訊員劉晨陽）大學(xué)生購買筆記本電腦，卻在短時間內(nèi)頻頻出現(xiàn)主板燒壞的現(xiàn)象需要維修，日前，高青縣市場監(jiān)管局成功調(diào)解一起消費**，使得持續(xù)了一年多之久的矛盾雙方握手言和。

投訴人是一名在校大學(xué)生，2022年2月在高青縣城某電子用品店購買筆記本電腦，2022年6月主板燒壞電腦出現(xiàn)故障，因為在外地上學(xué)，不方便回高青維修，遂在當(dāng)?shù)芈?lián)想官方售后店進行檢測后更換主板。兩個月內(nèi)又出現(xiàn)了第二次主板燒壞情形，消費者再次拿到當(dāng)?shù)厥酆簏c進行主板更換。2023年3月份又出現(xiàn)了第三次主板燒壞情形。該大學(xué)生認為電腦存在質(zhì)量問題，找到高青的銷售商家要求退換。商家表示繼續(xù)維修，不能退換，雙方僵持不下，直到消費者撥打12345熱線電話。

高青縣市場監(jiān)管局蘆湖所執(zhí)法人員接到投訴后，立即到現(xiàn)場了解情況，并向商家普及《消費者權(quán)益保**》、《**計算機修理更換退貨責(zé)任規(guī)定》。最終，雙方達成一致意見，商家同意為消費者更換新機，并當(dāng)場簽訂了調(diào)解協(xié)議書，**調(diào)解成功。
